What languages do the AI voice agents speak?

Yes. The Playground lets you talk to your agent from the browser with your microphone, or have it call your own phone, before any customer is ever dialed. Voice previews are free.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Describe your agent in plain words and the builder generates it, start from an industry template, or design the conversation on a drag and drop canvas. If you can draw a flowchart, you can build a phone agent.

How does pricing work?

One plan, ₹2,499 a month. It opens both one-way broadcast and two-way conversations on the same number, with 200 minutes, a DID number, and 3 concurrent calls included. Past the bundle you pay per minute, on answered talk time only. Larger volumes get an Enterprise plan priced to your scale.

Do I have to choose between one-way and two-way calling?

No, that choice is gone. The single ₹2,499 plan gives you both, out of one bundle of minutes. Inside the bundle a two-way minute is worth ₹12.50 and a one-way minute ₹10, so the plan consumes at most 200 two-way minutes, and spent entirely on broadcast the same bundle stretches to 250. The slider in the pricing section shows any split in between.

Can I use my existing phone number?

No. You buy a DID number inside the app, and it is live within minutes. Existing numbers cannot be ported or connected. Your plan includes one number, and you can buy more whenever you need them.

What happens when I use up my 200 minutes?

Accepted Answer

Nothing stops. Extra minutes are billed only on answered talk time, at ₹8 a minute for two-way conversations and ₹4 a minute for one-way broadcast. The estimator in the pricing section shows the monthly total for any volume.

What do I get after each call?

A full record: what happened to the call in plain words, an optional recording, a written transcript synced to the audio, keypad responses, and every detail the agent captured, all exportable to CSV or Excel.

Can my developers integrate it with our software?

Yes. Everything the dashboard does is available over a REST API, with interactive documentation, a Postman collection, and signed webhooks that notify your system the moment a call or campaign finishes.

Can one campaign call people who speak different languages?

Yes. Set each contact’s language in your sheet and the agent calls every person in theirs, so a single list can mix English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Each individual call runs start to finish in the language it opened in: the agent does not change language partway through a conversation.

Who can access my recordings and data?

Your team, on your terms. Access is role-based, recording links are signed and expire automatically, transcripts and captured details are exportable and yours, and every campaign passes automatic content moderation before it dials.
